Equine - Therapeutic Riding
Equine-assisted therapeutic riding is a specialized form of therapy that utilizes horseback riding as a means to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Emotional and psychological benefits are equally important. Interaction with horses has been shown to reduce stress levels and promote feelings of safety and trust. This therapeutic relationship fosters a sense of connection and empathy, which can be transformative for individuals facing emotional challenges.
