About
Equine assisted therapy focuses on groundwork, grooming, and leading a horse. This is an excellent choice for those who prefer a more relaxed setting and appreciate the companionship of horses instead of a traditional clinical atmosphere. Horses respond directly to the actions of participants, offering honest and immediate feedback without judgment. They live in the present and constantly assess their environment, which helps individuals quickly recognize personal challenges and discover aspects of their character. Rather than overanalyzing motives, horses focus on behavior, presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. This type of therapy is suitable for children, youth, adolescents, and young adults with varying abilities.
